SCOT-PLUNGER LUBE GF – 70 is a liquid plunger lubricant for cold chamber pressure die casting machines.

SCOT -PLUNGER LUBE GF – 70 consists of mineral oil with special additives and contains no graphite the soiling of the machine is low.

For steel and CuBe plungers wetting and lubrication is very good.

Application and dilution:

PLUNGER LUBE GF – 70 can be applied by dropping or spraying. The quantity of PLUNGER LUBE GF – 70 depends on temperature, plunger diameter and alloy; average is 2 – 5 g,

General Description : Scot-S-Mol 256z is a premium zircon filled high refractory sprit based liquid paint for application on green sand, silicate sand, and chemical bonded moulds and cores. It gives excellent casting finish even on heavy steel casting. Scot-S-Mol 256z consists of High Quality of Zircon refractory powder with excellent suspension and covering properties. When Casting of High temperature alloys such as Steel, Cast Iron , nickel and Copper base alloys into Green sand , CO2 – set and Resin bonded sand moulds , it is necessary to coat the sand surfaces which come into contact with molten metal, With this product application it prevents erosion , metal / mould reaction and sand burn on. Instructions for use : 1. Scot-S-Mol 256Z is ready to use Liquid coating. It is applied by spraying, swabbing or Brushing. 2. After application applied surface is to be light off immediately to avoid solvent evaporation and to give good hard Bond . 3. A second layer can be applied if required after lighting of first layer. 4. It is essential to ensure that this product is thoroughly mixed to homogenous consistency by stirring before Use. 5. This Product is highly inflammable. Please keep away solvent and paint away while lighting of the paint. 6. Please use safety and protective equipments at the time of applications.
